Payments
Please pay your party leader by cash or cheque. Your party leader will then issue one cheque on the school account for the total amount. Cheques should be made payable to EUROSKI LTD.

Delivery
Orders are individually packed and labelled. The are despatched in bulk to the school and will arrive ten to fourteen days before your holiday. We pay for delivery and you pay for returns (on hired garments only). We recommend clothing is tried on as soon as it is received and sizing checked - we can then exchange any items that do not fit without delay.

Return of Clothing
Hand in hired clothing to the party leader immediately after the holiday. Do not send directly to us. The party leader is responsible for checking that all items have been returned and despatching the ski wear in one bulk consignment, identifying any missing garments.

Snowboard Trousers If the bottom of these trousers are damaged by being used in ski bindings, this damage is not fair wear and tear, and will be charged for.

Limit on Returning Clothing
All hired garments are to be returned to us within ten days of return from the trip. After seventeen days a charge of £3 per item will have to be made, as there will be insufficient time to get the clothing cleaned in time for the next hire.

Cleaning
Hire charges include cleaning of clothing but we ask that excess mud, etc. is removed from the apres ski boots before packing them and to ensure the clothing is dry. We endeavour to stock fully but reserve the right to substitute equal quality styles when unavoidably necessary.

Minimum Order
Our prices are based on bulk orders and deliveries of orders for less than ten packs will have to be surcharged at £5 per pack.
